So, I was looking at houses recently and came upon a nice one in the woods. The house was nice. The problem was the garage which is pictured above. When I saw this I said, “If I can’t take this down, I ain’t buying the house”. And guess what was inside of it? A tractor of course.
Good jogging trails nearby? Fields for cute, little dogs to romp in? Definitely an omen.

A tractor. How old? What kind? Does it run? You might want to buy it all just to get the garage and tractor.
LMAO… but, ya know, tractors do have engines and you could attach a chain to that sign, the other end to the tractor and voila, issue resolved. Board might make a good teeter toter for the kids.
