I have a new nominee for the world’s stupidest chief complaint:

He had gained about 50 lbs in weight and I had to tell you that the penis loses apparent length when you get fat. It seemed to really motivate him to get back in shape.

Yep. The only way that could have been worse is if it had been his wife’s chief complaint…
So THAT’S why men fib about size – they are using outdated information.
Tell him to soak in an icewater bath.
