HA! I’m a finacial analyst and it looks like someone swallowed a candle. I can id the lungs, spine and kidneys and liver and that I as far as I get.

Big PE on the left with some probable atelectasis associated on the periphery…probably big enough to be at least submassive but can’t tell without knowing vitals and signs of heart strain
