Listen, I know your primary concern is the terrible chest pain and shortness of breath you are experiencing and I share them, however, you might want to mention that you have had rectal bleeding for a week. It’s quite important since now your HgB is 7.0 and your heart attack is due to the anemia caused by the bleeding! Thankfully I didn’t blast you right away with heparin and Plavix!
