This reminds me of a slightly M.R. young woman being admitted to the psych unit with chronic suicidal ideation. She came to see us every few months. She was happy to be in-patient, which was essentially respite care from her undesirable group home. She was very co-operative with the intake. She volunteered, "I have a seizure disorder. I have pseudo-seizures."
"Thank you so much for telling me that." I replied.

I guess Tracy spent more time thinking about the patients "color" and how she could turn something so funny into something racial, figures! To tell u the true , I had to go back and watch it again just to see what they both looked like bc i was too busy laughing my ass off and i dont seem to care what "color" the characters are. guess thats just me

Pattie, on my monitor the patient looks tan, like an Asian or Hispanic skin tone.

That was hilarious though, especially the end.

that is soo funny! and sad because that is soo true! look how much time was wasted by the siezure bot! when the doc could have been tending to a real seizure bot"! If only they could make the bots "self- destruct" after ohh say 3 attempts of faking a seizure, and of course in real life, that would be funny too!! LOL,, Stacy

I have seen some pretty bad attempts at faking seizures, but not any dance moves, at least not yet. Maybe this is a solution to the problem of ED overcrowding. An administrator bot to go to the waiting room/triage area, but not programmed to grovel for Press Ganey points. Robocop with a medical vocabulary.
