		<description>I think if they "threaten" to go to another ED you should have valet service to bring their car right to the door and someone to wheelchair them out to their car and a complementary cup of coffee for the road. And a "gone away" party for the staff when they leave! No, the Patient Satisfaction survey might get skewed...</description>

I honestly would like to ask some patients, "do you think yelling at the admitting clerk or 'threatening' to go to another ED is going to cause the triage nurse and 2 doctors to emerge with a stretcher, pushing people out of the way saying, 'WOW this one is really in need of medical attention' and whisk you into the department??"
