The triage note of a young woman stated: “I can’t go to the bathroom because I had anal sex last night and all I am passing now are big, bloody chunks”.

Although in retrospect, the most embarrassing moment was probably when the nurse walked in to the room and she and the patient recognised each other as high school acquaintances.
How about if it was ER coworker with a similar complaint. One of the girls asked me if it was normal to have bleeding rectally after anal sex. I was just glad she did not sign in to be seen.
