		<description>Although you were successful and very candid in your assessment of the pt., one must not forget to (like you) always listen to the patient as a separate entity from others.........its the gray area .........not found in the books (black and white.)  Nurses are very good assessment oreinted practitioners and Im afraid that because of the little time spent with the pt. the doctors must learn to access nursing staff and work as a team.</description>

		<description>This is why I'm glad I don't do emergency medicine.  Even reading this story made me feel a sick feeling of horror, which is what I feel every time I get an adrenaline rush.  Glad there are those of you who enjoy it!</description>
