I recently noticed this “board” on one of the numerous hallways leading from our emergency dept. This hallway is not used by the general public and is pretty narrow. Turns out it’s been up there for months. I guess no one in our dept is very distinctive. I am concerned however about how the staff morale will [...] The other night I was evaluating a 7 year old who had suffered a head and facial injury. He was playing poolside when another kid ran headlong into him, smashing into his mouth. He had a nasty lip laceration and was dazed at the scene (but no LOC or vomiting).
