OK, this one is pretty subtle – and I imagine only a radiologist or a neurologist (no pressure Dr Grumpy) will see the abnormality on this head CT. History is that it is a 60 year old male with extensive cardiac history who called EMS because of severe sudden onset vertigo, nausea and vomiting.
