I think I just broke a record. The other night I had a guy in SVT (supraventricular tachycardia) and had to give him adenosine. He was a big dude (over 250 lbs). Guess how much I gave him? First Dose: 6mg. Did nothing Second Dose: 6mg. Did nothing Third Dose: 12mg. Broke the SVT for [...] Caution! disturbing image below. Sad how some people just suddenly decide life is not worth living any more. This guy argued with his wife, told her he was going to kill himself, locked himself in his room and 3 minutes later, BANG.
